Together — We Are Strong

Last week, the active youth of the “Supermentors” community of the Mentoring Association, together with the amazing Oksana Dziuba as session facilitator, immersed themselves in an exciting online game called “TOGETHER.”

This is a role-playing board game with elements of business strategy, designed to strengthen teamwork and develop essential soft skills.

The game’s mechanics are based on the participants’ individual character strengths — each player uses their unique “superpowers” to solve collective challenges.

Together, we:• practiced communication and collaboration skills,• got to know each other better, and even planned the next goal for the Supermentors initiative.

Huge thanks to Oksana for her energy, encouragement, and true team magic!And for anyone who wants to level up their team — don’t hesitate to reach out to her, as Oksana has a whole treasure chest of ideas and games for team growth.
