At the BASF office, a team of inspired participants, mentors, and company specialists gathered to celebrate the harvest of shared achievements and experiences from the project “AgroMentor: Shoulder to Shoulder Toward Knowledge”, held within the Corporate Mentoring Program “Pathway to Success.”

In a warm atmosphere of unity, everyone shared their discoveries, talked about the future of the agricultural sector, teamwork, and their own paths of growth.

Company employees warmly welcomed the youth and emphasized that support and mentoring are the keys to a successful future. The phrase “You grow — and we grow with you” became a symbol of mutual inspiration and intergenerational partnership. Where there is trust, exchange of experience, and a genuine desire to support one another, true development is born.

The program was exciting and engaging — it helped us get to know each other better. Though we were all so different — with our own experiences, ages, and dreams — we discovered how much we actually have in common! We laughed wholeheartedly, moved, communicated, and truly felt the spirit of teamwork. Everyone had a chance to explore agricultural topics through play and emotion. No one was afraid to be funny or expressive — on the contrary, it brought even more energy! The youth actively supported one another, while mentors created a warm, encouraging atmosphere where everyone could shine.

A true revelation for many participants was learning that BASF’s innovations are part of everyday life — from the indigo dye in jeans to the soles of sports shoes. The youth listened to mentors with fascination, making their own associations and realizing how scientific solutions transform the world around us.

During the team activity “Create Your Own Farming Startup,” ideas for future eco-innovations were born — from smart glasses for agronomists to the universal cucumber that, as it turned out, everyone needs. The young participants showed limitless creativity, thinking boldly and on a large scale.

A particularly touching moment came when we all “sowed kindness” — mentors and youth exchanged heartfelt wishes: to stay focused, to be inspired to learn, to find their own paths and follow them bravely, to never give up, to dream, and to make those dreams come true. The atmosphere was truly bright, kind, and genuine.

The day concluded with a photo quest titled “Our Harvest of Emotions,” which became the perfect final touch to this inspiring, joyful, and productive day. We returned home with smiles, new ideas, and a deep sense of connection.

Every shared moment, every meeting, is a step toward understanding that mentoring and teamwork transform not only professional paths but also human hearts.

With sincere gratitude to BASF for the partnership, support, and faith in our youth. Together, we sow knowledge — and harvest the future.

Відгуки молоді:

Danya: I really enjoyed the team games, especially the task to come up with and present our own farming startup. Our mentors were sincere and open. It was a lot of fun during the game where we had to draw on each other's backs, trust our senses, and pass the drawing along — it turned out to be not that easy! Thank you for the delicious treats!

Sasha: Thanks for the amazing team! It was fun to come up with a startup, even though it was a bit scary to present it in front of everyone. I really liked creating a themed photo installation where everyone had their own role. The “Find an association with agro” relay was also very interesting. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Oleksandra: It was a lot of fun working in teams. I loved creating a farming startup — we joked around a lot. I took photos in funny poses, which was both creative and exciting. I had a lot of genuine conversations, especially with Nastya, and it all left me in a great mood.

Vanya: Many thanks to all the specialists for the opportunity to grow in the agricultural field and for the positive energy I receive at every event. Today we played lots of fun games — I especially liked the “Agro Association” relay and the process of creating our own startup.

Karina: I had an incredible experience working in a team. It was touching to write wishes to each other and fun to take themed photos. All the specialists were open, sincere, and greeted us warmly.

Tymofii: I liked being involved in creating the logo for our startup. Thank you for the sweet table and the fun games hosted by the moderators — especially “Crocodile”; it was hilarious. I truly enjoyed the event.

Tymur: It was very interesting and exciting to prepare greetings for the company employees, but thanks to their sincerity, it turned out to be easy. The “Startup” game was the most memorable — we worked on many ideas together as a friendly team. Playing “Crocodile” was also a lot of fun. Thanks to the team’s support, everything went great.

Mentors Feedback:

Yevhen: “I’ve learned a lot from all of you. I’ll always be glad to meet you again in life.”

Viktor: “For me, at first, this project felt like a path of responsibility. As an adult and conscious person, I approached it as a task — what I could do, how I could help, what my contribution could be. It was more from the perspective of ‘from myself to someone else.’ But when we met, when all the activities took place, in those moments I stepped away from work mode. It became a different space, different thoughts.

Observing each of you, I realized how important it is not to be afraid of making mistakes. We adults are often afraid to make mistakes, but that’s actually a sign that a person is acting, trying, developing. The key is to draw conclusions and keep moving forward confidently. So my wish for you is this: don’t be afraid to make mistakes — learn from them and walk confidently through life. Thank you all.”

Nastya: “I was amazed at how open, multifaceted, and interesting you all are! When you approach someone, they speak so openly — and you can share something of your own, too. That openness is priceless! Because through communicating with you, we also learn and gain a lot ourselves.”

Olha: “I remember our first meeting. Seeing who you were then and who you are now — that’s a big difference. Today, you’re open, unafraid to speak up and show yourselves. I hope that through this project, we’ve had a positive influence on you. Just keep moving toward your goals!”

Oksana: “When we first met at the agro center, I couldn’t imagine how all of us — so different — would find common ground. I was truly impressed by how colleagues could talk about their work, about what they do in life, so sincerely and simply. Each time, I was inspired knowing that another meeting was coming, where we’d do something together. I want to thank you all for being authentic. We are all truly valuable — our thoughts, our ideas.”
